improved pins for Roland Deschains Butterfly Knife

I had trouble with the original pins falling out, so I temporarily solved it with hot glue, but that wore away, and i wanted a permanant fix, and five minutes in tinkercad later, I had this model.

print this in whatever filament you want, slide into place, and add a peice of filament into the hole.
