*After some testing i found the 7 wall profile to be much more durable so i recommend that one be used *
TPU rubber dog chew tug toy
Designed this TPU dog toy for my friends dogs and they seem to love it.
I SUGGEST TO ONLY PRINT IN TPU or other pet safe materials, PLA and such will most likley break and can make hard sharp fragments that can cause your pet harm, please do not use such hardened filaments. Think safety for your pets.
**Disclaimer TPU is pet safe, however I am not responsible for anything that may happen to your pet while playing with this toy. Use at your own discretion**
My print settings:
Printed in TPU 85A but used the preset Bambu 95a HF(this setting seems to work well on most TPU)
.20 Layers
5 walls (Arachne) for durability
33% adaptive cubic infill with infill combination (checked)
Top shell thickness> 5
Bottom shell thickness> 5
Top surface pattern> Monotonic Line
Support>Normal Auto> Default
Supports came off rather easily with few little remnants to clean up in end, might have some stringing but can hit it with a razer blade, heat gun or lighter briefly to clean it up. I was able to peel most of by hand. You may need some needle nose pliers to remove some support
I only had black TPU but post your makes with other colors id love to see them.
