Description

Planter “Mother and Child”

This might be a perfect gift for your mother (or significant other) to show them, that you appreciate their love.

Bigger head size is about 100 mm (3.94 inch) diameter, smaller ~ 80 mm (3.15 inch). It should be fine to scale bigger.

For this model I chose Bambulab strength profile, because external wall speed is slower and it model looks better on some filaments.

It adds a little bit extra time (about 40min), but I think it's worth it.

This model needs some support on arms, model is presliced with tree supports.

I like to print these planters with fuzzy skin turned on (contour, fuzzy skin distance - 0.3, fuzzy skin thickness - 0.1).

It can be printed smooth also, just be sure to check if seam is placed at Back/Rear.

When planting cactus or succulents at the bottom I add a little bit of pebbles for drainage and then potting soil.

And don't forget to water it according to your plant needs :)
