Description

Hello everyone,

I'm all about those spontaneous 3D printing projects - you know, the ones nobody asked for, but you do it anyways? Well, I travel a bunch, and my laptop charger was always a tangled mess in my bag. So, I made this storage solution for the Dell 65W USB-C Charger Adapter (Only fits Model: Dell Part 492-BDQM).

Printing specs:

Printer: A1 Mini

Infill: 10%

Supports: Yes

Nozzle: 0.4mm

Layer Height: 0.2

Material: PLA

Note: The charger block fits very snugly. I added a hole at the bottom to push it out easily.

04-15-2025 UPDATE: I’ve added four new print profiles (the original is still available) based on community feedback.

  • The first two are Snug Fit versions, just like the original, but with a larger hole on the bottom to make it easier to push the brick out. This also allows you to plug the brick in without removing it from the sleeve.
⚠️ Use at your own risk, as the brick will generate heat inside the sleeve.
    • The 0.4 mm nozzle profile has increased wall count for better tab durability, especially for PLA.
    • The 0.6 mm nozzle profile uses fewer walls, but thanks to the wider extrusion, it offers similar strength with faster print times.
  • The second pair are Loose Fit versions. The brick can be inserted and removed easily, but it still holds well enough not to fall out when turned upside down. (If you shake it, it might slide out.) These also feature the larger hole on the bottom, allowing the brick to be plugged in while inside the sleeve.
⚠️ Use at your own risk, as the brick will generate heat inside the sleeve.
    • Includes both 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm nozzle profiles, with the same strengths as above: more walls for durability in 0.4 mm, and faster print time with solid strength in 0.6 mm.

Happy printing!
