New to 3-D printing I learned the hard way not to use regular tape to attach the end of the filament to the inner spool core when respooling. That's when I went to see what options had already been designed and found this great little end holder. I've printed up a couple dozen (fast print, little filament) and use them regularly. Thanks so much!

As a beginner, I was one day faced with an empty spool - but without an original cardboard core. I hadn't considered the attachment when rewinding and needed a quick solution. I was all the more relieved to find this model. I printed with Bambu PLA Basic in Yellow. The print ran absolutely smoothly, without any adjustments or special settings. The result fits cleanly, is stable, and perfectly serves its purpose. Truly a great help in that moment - thank you very much for this practical model! 👍
