JST XH Housing/Male (1S to 8S)

There was no JST-XHP 6S on thingiverse so i designed a parametric model using specification from JST (google it).

These are tiny pieces to print. I had to adjust the genuine specs (pin and wire holes) over few iterations (see picture), so my printer could print it correctly with a 0.4 nozzle.

Printed example for a 4S JST-XH (see picture). If necessary i can upload a larger set like 1 to 12S ...

This design is done now, nothing to change a priori... Any feedback is appreciated.

I used the following profil from Slic3r Prusa Edition:

• 0.20mm Fast MK3 (print settings)
• Prusa PLA (filament)

Object is printed wires side opening face to the bed.

Post-Printing

Finishing printed parts

Just trim the excess for plastic, wires side, in case Z offset is to tight, otherwise wires will be impossible to install.
Then insert, push, press the wires to fit in.
