Description

This vent is designed for a 5mm panel but the files to edit the design has been included.

 

Needed for this design are 4*M3 threaded inserts, 4* M3 16mm countersunk screws.

 

I added a 3D printable mesh to stop the bugs getting in

 

I printed it in ASA

anyway to make an airtight seal from the inside for when not in use?

I could look into designing a dummy plug, but airtight is gonna be hard

This model is awesome. Exactly what I need. What is the thin ring for though? I can't figure it out.

Thanks, the thin ring is a hole template. the outside is the same diameter as the necessary hole. so you can get the spacing of the screw holes perfectly aligned

that is so you can install a bug mesh in between the grill's to prevent bugs from being sucked in
