Print in place Travel Soap Box
An asymmetric travel soap bar case for 100g soap, the off-center hinge allow the model to have two uneven halves and still be able to print in place.
I designed the box that way to be able to easily pick up the soap from the lower half. The features at the bottom allow the soap to dry after use.
Since the V3, you will find also a box with the textured bottom on the deep side of the box.
And from the V2.1, There is an option for a box without drying feature to use with anything that could fit in the box.

15/12/2024 update: V3 update
- A new option available following a suggestion from @preeti . The new box has the bump on the deep side of the box.
- I reduced the tolerance on the hinge from .20 to .15mm. With less playon the hinge, the latch close better on the other side. With tighter tolerance, it might be more difficult to print with TPU, if it happens, let me know and I will upload a profile with looser hinge
23/10/2024 update: V2.1
- Added a model with no bump at the bottom to be use as a regular box.
- I used this occasion to update the latch, I felt it was a bit loose and the box opened to easily so I add some thickness to the latch.
15/09/2024 update: V2 update
- Thicker wall thickness (1.2 to 1.6) for enhanced rigidity, it feels sturdier.
- Due to the added rigidity, I reversed the hinge from the V1 to facilitate closing and opening.
- The bump at the bottom are wider and arranged differently.
