Description

Here is another replica I worked on. I am still working on weathering this print trying out different techniques.

The Apollo penlight was a brass flashlight used during the Apollo missions. It was developed by ACR Electronics Co. under contract with the Langley Research Center. It was powered by two AA batteries and featured a rotating mechanism to switch it on and off. During the Apollo missions, these penlights were used after the spacecraft encountered issues, serving as the main light source post-power-down.
