Alphard Golf wheelie bar sleeve

I have an Alphard golf e-cart. The wheels off the anti-wheelie bar came off due to it rubbing against the rod. I designed this sleeve to be installed over the existing rod so that it will hold the wheel in place. Please use lubricant when installing the sleeve as I made the tolerance to have a tight fit. Upon installation, the only moving part should be the wheels. I used PLA for my initial print, but I believe PETG, ASA or ABS application is much more suitable as the e-cart will be used outdoors.
