Description

A simple cover for hinge holes in Ikea Metod doors. It's a close (done by hand) but not identical reproduction to allow printing in 0.4 with suffisent strength.

It is on purpose a tight fit, and only printed in PLA. Effect of plastic expansion of other material is un tested.

I needed it to better match the color of my kitchen but other existing model had to many issues (including requiering 0.2 nozzle and/or weak rings resistance.

This one should do the job for most people hopefully.

Always great to see it used :) Hope it wasn’t too tight (but once it’s in trust me it don’t move)

fits perfectly, printed in Kingroon PETG white, is a bit too bright but better than the hole.

Excellent but a little too large (difficult to embed) Perhaps print at 99% size

I wonder if these would work with Klearvue cabinets, they look very close. I just have to find filament that's close in color

Fast print and they fit perfectly. Might need a little bit of force to snap in.

They fit somewhat snugly, but that's almost better to prevent them from coming loose
