Excellent I purchased a slightly undersized case, necessitating the fabrication of a supplementary holder to accommodate the rotary spool holder and prevent interference

I had to remove some material from the spool mounting posts because fhe spool adapter was too tight. the dovetail joiner trapezoid shape also a little too large and had to trim without using a de-burring tool. filament dry box works well using the 4 boxes filled with fresh desiccant have 25-33% humidity levels inside the box. I also added a small electric heater and fan inside the box to maintain warm climate which seems to help the humidity value to level off faster when I have to open it.

The size of this shaft might have some issues I printed sizes 2 and 4, they can be inserted and rotated, but one side is a bit loose Sizes 1 and 3 are tighter, but might be too tight, causing them not to rotate Last night, after studying for a long time, I found that shafts 1 and 3 were probably too large I measured the original metal AMS shaft and the printed one with a caliper and found that the printed one was about 0.2mm larger than the original Today I plan to buy some sandpaper to sand them down and see if shafts 1 and 3 can rotate normally

It would be fantastic if you could design a spool holder model where the spools can be removed from the front, as your current model is otherwise excellent but due to space and technical constraints, I need to be able to remove my spools from the front
