Do you own the Ridgid Folding Miter Saw Stand? Specifically model AC9946 (May fit other models and makes such as Bauer, Hercules, Delta, etc.
If so, you know loading it and unloading it in the back of a pickup truck is fairly easy. However, the scratches it puts on the equipment are no good. I wanted to keep mine looking good for as long as possible.
I designed these blocks to clamp onto the handle so that when loading it slides on them instead of the handle.
Super simple and easy printout of PLA (PETG could be a good option as well). When they get worn down, just reprint another set and use the same hardware.
I recommend printing with a minimum of 4 walls and 50% gyroid infill. I might even try my next set at 100% infill to see if they last even longer.
Post-processing you will need:
4 = 6-32 x 1.75"
4 = 6-32 x .50"
8 = 6-32 nuts.

Having issues getting that first layer to flow and stick good? Follow these steps, it helps! ***If using an enclosed printer, be sure to remove the lid and leave door open to avoid heat creep***

If using multiple brands/types of filament, you will need to save each as a Custom Filament setting. Otherwise the settings will change when your colors switch.
