Pfaff Spulenbox 10,5mm / Bobbinbox

Pfaff Spulenbox für 72 Spulen mit einer Höhe von 10,5mm.

Das Scharnier wurde so konstruiert, dass es mit einem Stück 1,75mm Filament funktioniert. Das Filament wird in das Scharnier eingeschoben und an den Enden jeweils ca. 5mm überstehen gelassen. Der Überstand wird dann vorsichtig erhitzt und flachgedrückt (siehe Bilder).

Der Verschluss ist als Snapin-Verschluss ausgelegt.

Man benötigt also für den Zusammenbau kein weiteres Material wie Schrauben oder Magnete.

Die Box auf den Bildern ist mit Overture Rock PLA White gedruckt.

Pfaff bobbinbox for 72 bobbins with a height of 10,5mm.

The hinge ist designed to use a piece of 1,75mm filament. The filament ist pushed through the hinge so that it is about 5mm longer on each side of the box. After heating the ends of the filament they can be flattened (see pictures).

The box uses a snap in lock.

No additional material such as screws or magnets ist required.

The box on the pictures ist printed with Overture Rock PLA White.
