<p>PAHT-CF version that has been correctly scaled for shrinkage. The profile contains optimized support for both parts. The second plate in PLA is recommended because removing support from PAHT is very difficult.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Body - PAHT-CF @ 101 %</li><li>Nosecone - PLA @ 98 %</li></ul>

<p>I made the body slightly longer (~5mm) to fit a small streamer and some wadding.<br>I printed it <strong>by object</strong> (not by layer) — that gave me better results.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3>Streamer assembly</h3><ul><li>Cut about 2 feet of the silver ribbon.</li><li>Glue it to the end of a toothpick. I tried a few different glues — epoxy was the only one that actually held.</li><li>Tip: use painter’s tape to hold the ribbon in place while the glue sets (see the photo with the blue tape). I also used tape to keep the toothpick steady while it cured.</li><li>Trim the toothpick down to ~10mm total length (including the glued section).</li></ul><h3>Connecting it to the rocket</h3><ul><li>Tie the Kevlar cord to both parts of the rocket.
