Unscrew the valve cap and attach the tag to the threads of the valve. Screw the cap back on.

Set Layer 1-8 Black, Layer 9-11 White
Slice the model first, on the right side where you can move the layer line up and down, right click on the ‘+’, filament change, then reslice.
