Description
On the first replacement of the FEP sheet the frame already appeared to be broken. Since it takes ages to get replacement parts shipped I modelled replacement frames that can be easily printed.
I have printed the replacements using PETG and installed the new FEP sheet using the 3D printed frames.
The frames were printed at 0.20 mm layer height. No special settings are required.
Before installing the frames make sure to remove all sharp imperfections as to not damage the FEP sheet.
