Description

I took Daneti's Funko Power Armor, and colorized it in accordance to Fallout games.

Version 1:

Blue Power Armor (Feel free to substitute the blue with any color of your choosing) - see game screenshot.

Version 2:

(Classic) Metallic Power Armor - see game screenshot.

Supports

One of the main issues with figurine prints, is that when removing supports you can sometimes damage the figure itself.

Therefore I have added for each color version of the power armor, a second version with weaker supports.

The disadvantages of the weaker supports is that there is a slightly higher chance of failure during print time.

While the advantage being much easier to remove, and much lower chance of breaking the model during support removal.

Please use at your own risk!!!

Update: Added Power Armor Station model

This print profile turned out great, with only some minor issues. Everything looks really clean, and the supports came off extremely easily, but a few of the supports failed while printing, and caused some gaps and sagging print lines. But I will absolutely take that because the rest of the print is amazing

Like the look of the model, but 4 attempts could not produce a completed print. Support kept breaking causing spaghetti affect. Could not fully complete. Especially at the butt of the gun at the right hand and under the head/ helmet area. Thanks though, I do appreciate the share.

Not sure why would the supports fail :( (FYI - I don't generate the supports, the Bambu Slicer generates them automatically) My guess would be the filament itself being not-so-good quality. I recommend going into the print configuration -> Supports -> Advanced -> Support wall loops And changing the values of "Support wall loops" from 0 to 2. This will make the supports thicker, and reduce the chance of them failing. Or you could try replacing the filament (that causes the supports to fail) with a different brand of the same color. Just look at the failed supports, and note the color of the layer at which they started failing.
