ROTATING & TILTING MODELLING VICE

Updated January 2025 with a new MAIN BOLT and SIDE CLAMP, now there is no horizontal movement on the bolt. If you already have the vice and want to upgrade just print the new print profile with the side clamp and main bolt in it, uploaded 15 January 2025.

Designed for holding models in place while painting. Table holds model firmly in place and is easily rotated / Tilted to aide painting your model. You can lock the rotation or tilt at any point.

Uses a single winding arm and is smooth in its operation with a strong hold.

Besides the files you will need 2 x M5 x 10mm bolt , although I have included a bolt you can print that will work if your careful when fitting, also a small screw to hold on the Knob for the main bolt.

I have included a smaller set of clamps for holding small models, they are 10mm high instead of the standard 17mm high.

The Main Bolt,the Rotation Locking Screw and the Paint Tray require supports, all other items print fine without them.
