Description
3d printed Algae scrubber. This is the 2nd iteration of my design. This model is slightly smaller and has rounded corners. It has one window for the light to shine thru to grow the algae.
Also availabe for download is a what i call a GroMat. Its used in place of traditional plastic canvas sheet. Print this and cut a slit in the ½ feed tube and zip tie it inside the slit for the water to run down the mat and give the algae a surface to grow on.
Uses a ½ feed tube and a ¾ drain. Feel free to attach a bulkhead and some tubing to direct the scrubbed water to your desired location.
