turned out good just wish there was a hole for wires I fixed it by drilling a hole for the LEDs so it would sit level.

Only change I would make but I'm not skilled enough is I would add a couple of locking pegs, kind of like how lego joins together to the two edges of the top, I tried doing it but couldn't get it right as I was struggling with the alignment.

No worries, it’s probably just my settings as it was a little loose on mine, that was a while ago though and I was new to 3d printing so hadn’t done much regarding changing slicer settings and just took the defaults.

The project is magnificent, but when downloading the STL file, I receive a single block instead of the two separate parts to be printed Is this a problem I am experiencing alone?

It's a great design and prints well. Only issue is the top piece warps after it cools and does not sit flat. I simply glued and clamped it down as a solution.
