This kit converts a standard Voile Strap to a Voile Rack Strap. Fits racks with 10mm diameter tubing. There are three components to this kit:
- Adjustable buckle hook
- Fixed hook
- Two strap keepers
Simple to install and remove which makes the Voile straps you already have even more versatile!
