Description

This will allow you to take all of the screws and hardware from your current table saw plate and move it over to the new plate.

Once moved over you install the new plate in your saw and set the height of the insert with the adjustment screws.

Lower the table saw blade all the way down.
Cover the insert with a piece of wood and secure the wood to the saw.

Turn on the saw and slowly raise the blade to go through the plastic and into the sacrificial wood on the saw.

Once at full height turn off the saw and remove the wood.

You should now have a perfect Zero Clearance insert.

Put a new insert strip into the plate and repeat with the different thickness of blades you have.

Printed with 5 walls and 4 top and bottom layers

35% infill
Supports are needed, I used Normal and only touching build plate.
