This piece was modeled from the C-part drawings provided by a certain mechanical engineering innovation and entrepreneurship competition in 2023. It is the upper turntable of the turret structure in a CNC turret punch press. Its main function is to hold various types of punch dies, bear pressure during punching, and bear torque during die changes. The purpose of printing it with PLA material is: 1. To intuitively analyze its shape and stress, providing guidance for further structural optimization; 2. It can be used to analyze and determine suitable processing methods and techniques; 3. Its printing process can also provide references for forming aspects of subsequent potential metal additive manufacturing technologies.
