Keep your fries safe and secure while you travel on the go. This ergonomic fry holder can hold any size fry container making it easily accessible and mitigate spilling all in the process.

i love the idea, but IMO the execution is a fail, i feel this could be designed much better to avoid the excessive amount of supports needed.

If horizontal angles are kept under 45 degrees most printers will not require supports. In most 3d modeling programs this can be achieved by chamfers or fillets depending on the angles and if you want a gradual or angular transition. If you share the .step file in the "raw files" I can try to help you reduce the support structure, and make it more printable for you.

I see. So maybe just do a gradual angle rather than having steps opening up?

this is huge. even when McDs had Supersize fries, they would swim in this monster. it really needed supports under the overhangs though

could you make this collapsible? Which would remove the supports and save room in your car?

The supports were also missing for me. As a result, the underside does not look good

the overhangs need supports, it’s a little bit big but that would be ok if it had supports. I guesss that’s what I get for printing from my phone and not slicing it myself in Bambu studio. but I have friends that don’t use a PC and therefore wouldn’t be able to slice it themselves. I’d suggest making it phone friendly and including the supports for the phone people.

maybe change the support settings around a bit. i tried mitigating supports as much as i could but that may be your issue.
