Moon - Ceiling Fan Adapter

This is an adapter that replaces the standard 3" light cover on ceiling fans with your moon print, which provides a pleasant ambiance to the room. Yes, the moon will be upside down. But I don't think Neil deGrasse Tyson will be visiting you to point that out :D

This was designed for the 100% scale print.

Printing:

.2mm or less layer height

3 walls

Supports needed for plugs; on build plate only

10% adaptive cubic infill

Installation:

Assemble adapter inside the hole of the moon; widest part facing inwards.

Pull the adapter upwards until the second layer snaps over the bottom brim of the moon. 
 

The size of moon holes will vary depending on layer size, number of walls, and scale that you printed at. Extend the two sections of the adapter as needed for a snug fit. Optionally you may use your Bambu bed scraper to trim the hole out for a better fit.

Remove old light cover, replace with moon. Ta-da!
