Description

Update Version 4 (Sep 29th, 2024)

  1. NO MORE SUPPORTS!! The Hammerhead no longer needs supports. That means no more breaking up and pulling out trees!
  2. Due to no supports, Hammer head and pommel only takes 4 hours and 30 min. Versus 6 hours.
  3. Handle Holder is now half the size and plugged so the Handle has a flat surface to adhere to, versus just the outer ring.
  4. Handle is now plugged at the bottom and top (Still hollow in the middle to print faster). This allows a wider surface for the first layers and eliminates the need for supports. The top is plugged so it can firmly adhere to the new Handle holder. This gets rid of the wobble and allows it to stand straight up with without it looking bent.
  5. Optimized supports for pommel. (Less)

Update Version 3 (Aug 10, 2024):

  1. Added a new top accent that says, “Whoever wields this hammer”. Now there are 3 Tops to choose when you print.
  2. Further optimized supports and flow calibration.
  3. Fixed support issue on the hammer head where no supports were needed.

Updates for Version 2:

  1. Hammer now has been smoothed and no longer has a line down the middle of the hammer head.
  2. Handle holder has now been lengthened to hold more of the handle to be more sturdy.
  3. Top accent wording has been completely re-done in blender and enhanced. No more bleed through and easier to read.
  4. Every Hammer now has an alternate Top accent with “She who wields”.

Go check out the other NFL Thor Hammers on my page! Thors Hammer like you never seen it before. Transformed into the Ultimate NFL football accessory. It's easy to print and with a little super glue you are all set. Separated into 4 plates for easy and fast printing. Perfect size too!! If you want to change anything, just use the files in Bambu slicer and change what you want. I recommend gorilla super gel or E6000 to put the parts together.

Instructions: Pull out the support on the hammer head block with needle nose pliers. Glue the Long handle into the pummel. Then glue the handle into the holder. Put superglue on the handle holder rim and then push it into the hammer head block. (It will be a tight fit) I recommend lightly sanding the parts that are glued for faster and easier adhesion. Glue the accent on the top and lastly glue the 2 logos on each Front side. If you so choose, add the jersey number of your choice on the sides with the other print profile labeled Jersey Numbers. Enjoy.

nice print. Just take your time.Print the plates in the order that fix in your time frame. I did the hammer part during the night. The other parts that fit my schedule. I did the football in gray I didn't have brown which also turned this into a 4 color AMS. Not a 5 color. used just A little super glue doesn't take much. I'll be on the lookout for an Ohio State hammer now😉

Its a small footprint and also high on the z axis (vertical). Adhesion will most likely have a problem when you have that combination. Either use a build plate glue or clean your bed with soap and hot water and raise your bed temp 5 degrees.
