Turning handle for Pastamatic No Step Thick Body

A remix of the turning handle for Pastamatic model - very basic change but I couldn't be bothered with that much support so i made the body the full thickness and reduced the number of walls on it down to 5 from the STURDY profile 10 in the original (since its bigger i figure it should be OK)

Comes in slightly less material overall

Does need the ends of the pins on the pastamatic cutting off/re-printing without the protruding section (they stick out far enough that the handle hits them without the step from the original)
