Description

Hey there! This is a simple cord/wire organiser. It has a bigger bending radius to allow for beefier cables and paracord.

I designed it to be able to print support-free and lie flat. The ones I printed are made from 15g of PLA each and do their job perfectly. Settings used were 2 walls, and 15% infill in grid style.

Hexagons in the model are for material saving and organization.

Edit 17.09.23: I uploaded two versions with larger flanges, they are

V2 Large: with 10mm longer flanges
V2 Extra Large: with 20mm longer flanges than the base design

Edit 29.08.23: I just uploaded an update of the design, here are the V2 changes:

5mm bigger guiding flanges that allow for more cord, oh yeah!
different sizes and shapes of openings on the model side to allow for it to be used with a more diverse set of wires with end connectors. Also, I found this to allow for more creative ways to smush parachord in there.
Way more chamfered edges, because it looks cooler, feels and prints better!

thanks for upload, would be nice to have sizes for the different items. As well changing the square in the middle to another hex would be a great idea. So that a large overhang doesn't exist Added some sizes for people middle section is the same size on the Large and extra large. Just the flanges or wings are longer. I also modified it with all Hex and added a USB male port to allow my USB powered christmas lights to slide in

did I miss something? I saw no sizes or dimensions listed? When I loaded it into bambustudios it shows the sizes but would be nice to have that in the description etc.. Would be nice to change the middle square to a hex so that it doesn't have a overhang
