Omlet Double Door Bracket v1

This bracket was designed to offer a strong, vertical support to the dual-door assembly found with the Omlet Catio product. It is the first in a series of simple upgrades for this product I am making.

Since this is an outdoor product, the profile is in ASA and is recommended in ASA. This backet has the following features:
 

- fits tube diameter 19.25mm
- close to maximum build length for 256mm space (250mm tall)
- tube clips designed to be as long as possible on top and bottom sections

- printed vertically to make sure the bend strength for the clips is oriented properly

Because this is a tall project, it has a large 0mm gap brim and it is recommended to use liquid glue with high temp plate to maximize adhesion. I typically don't have issues with ASA being sticky enough to pull tall objects, but because this is intended to be a “final” product design, I wanted to make sure ideal settings were available for this type of print.

No documentation required - installation is simple. Press bracket onto the tubes as shown in the photos.
