Reverse Blade Collapsing Katana - Rurouni Kenshin

This is a telescopic katana inspired by the Japanese comic "Rurouni Kenshin".
The parts are printed first and then assembled. You can choose to print different colors and intensities for different parts.
The handle is covered for easy future maintenance and blade replacement. But the disadvantage of this is that the printing time will increase.
If you don’t like separate printing and want to try print-in-place, you can refer to my previous telescopic knife work "Reverse Blade Sword mini ": https://makerworld.com/en/models/114630

Notice
1. It is recommended to use PLA+、PETG for printing.
2. If your filament has insufficient strength, please increase the fill overlap to more than 40%.

Assembly instructions:
1. Place the blades in order.

2. Close the handle cover.

3. Insert two pins to secure.

4. If you need to use the lid function, you need to bring four 8x2mm magnets and use glue to fix the magnets in the four holes.

Remark:
A. If the pin is too loose, you can apply removable glue, such as Styrofoam, to the tip of the latch to facilitate removal during future repairs.
B. If it is difficult to align the exit hole when the pin is inserted into the tool holder, you can use a blade to push in the direction of the hole to facilitate alignment of the exit hole.
C. If the blade gets stuck while playing, you can try two methods:
1. Hold the top of the blade and the handle, pull the blade up first, and then slide it down to the handle and tap it. Go back and forth several times without using too much force to loosen the stuck blade.
2. You can put a few drops of silicone oil into the joint of the blade to lubricate it, and then use the first method.
