Desiccant Sieve Dryer Tumbler - Parts Storage - BambuLab Spool Re-use - Loose silica gel desiccant

I've designed this too sieve out the small broken bits of loose silica gel desiccant and allow for easy drying for re-use. It could also be used as a simple storage container for the bambu re-usable spool.

This design uses the BambuLab re-usable 90c spool (70c can be used but I don't recommend it for drying desiccant)

The base of the design is to sieve the broken bits of desiccant so these don't end up in loose in your AMS units or worse in your dryer.

I generally have each compartment of the sieve a 1 / 3 full, for both sieving and drying.

Once you've sieved your desiccant this fits directly into the Bambu re-usable spool so the desiccant can be placed in the dryer. You can also spin this to move the desiccant about to speed up the drying process.

I've printed this with ABS and used it at 70c in the dryer without any problem or warping so far over the past few months. I would not recommend any material with a lesser temperature threshold. Ideally it should be printed in something higher. I also don't recommend leaving your dryer unattended.
