Description

The MHP50 is not tall enough for omnifixo's clamp to stay flat. If you use Omnifixo clamps without the base, the boards are slightly tilted causing uneven heating or sometimes, no heating. This base fixes that issue. The base has indents to add 10x3mm magnets. They are press fit so glue shouldn't be required. The magnets also help prevent the base from sliding when it is on the Omnifixo's plate.

I added supports when printing for the magnets but I think a decently tuned printer should be able to bridge the indents without issues.

Printed in PLA. The heat vent is at least 10 mm above the base so you shouldn't have to worry about the PLA heating up. Any material should be fine.

This is my first design and I am not really a 3D modeller. More of an EE guy. Open to reviews and constructive criticisms of the design.
