360° Wheel inspired by an office chair.

Hello

• Why does this model exist:
  • I didn't want my mice cage, which is made of glass, to scratch the floor whenever I move it. I couldn't find anything useful on the internet so I took matters into my own hands.
• What do I need apart from the files:
  • Only 2x 608 bearings, if you don't have those you can try and 3d print them, there are more than enough projects for that.
• Do I need support:
  • No, you do not. While earlier versions required supports this one is designed with easy printability in mind.
• How do I assemble everything:
  • For the most part the assembly is straight forward. Take a look at the screenshot from Fusion for any additional guidance.
• Anything else:
  • The included print profile is for ABS, yet, I'd still refrain from changing any settings, maybe apart from cooling time per layer.
  • 4 wheels printed in ABS were able to withstand the weight of my upper body (93kg total) and force of me doing 50 pushups (Gotta flex those gym gains somehow) but I have yet to test the longetivity of my model. This goes without saying but I don't guarantee the same results for you.
