Replacement pedals for Fanatec CSL. Brake pedal and larger accelerator pedal with or without side foot rest.
Textured for improved grip.
Mount like the original pedals using the same screws.

General 3d Printing Tips

Make sure your printing plate is clean! Oils from your skin can cause adhesion issues for your prints. Regularly wash your print plate with a detergent like Dawn, and avoid touching the surface when removing prints from the bed.
If it's an option on your printer, always level the bed before each print. If you have to perform this manually, do so after every few prints. It takes a bit of time and patience, but it's a fair trade for reliable results.
Ensure bed and nozzle temperatures are within the expected range for the material you're printing. Temperatures that are too high or too low can negatively affect the print, causing warping, malformed layers, or adhesion issues.
Reduce your printing speed. Slower speeds are especially important for overhangs, as they give the material more time to cool as it's deposited.

I ajusted the settings a little bit and decided with the AMS to make it coloured like so. Pedals feel really nice just the tab that sticks out on throttle I actually hack sawwed it off as it was constricting with my large foot size and would be ideal if the holes on the back had been already printed with the groove in as the screws are hard to get in straight and 90. other then that much much better than plastic ones

You are full of good ideas. I'm making a version for AMS with the color pattern you used and without the foot rest on the accelerator pedal. If you ever feel like going for a reprint, I'll post the new profile as soon as it is done printing (~5h). Re: Threading the screw holes. The pedals use machine screws (for metal) so the printed wouldn't have enough resolution to create a clean thread, that's why I left the holes in the pedals smooth. Replacing the pedal's screws with self-tapping screws is another option that would work, but I opted to make this print to not require extra hardware.

I over spec infill to 25% honeycomb to ensure rigidity. Nice!

i have to say this is the best sim rig thing I printed. CSL pedals were utter crap before I put these on.
