Yor Forger's Dagger from Spy x Family

A Bambu Printer just won't print in one go, the 3MF provided is cut straight and requires glue to assemble.

You may print the full thing on a 350mm printer, such as a Voron 2.4 in my case, or just scale it down.

Modeled in Blender, split in half for printing.

STL has a cylindrical cutout to insert a 10mm metal rod or M5 bolts with nuts to increase weight and improve feel in the hand (hot glue recommended to prevent rattle). There are versions without this cutout in the raw model files section.

Modeled with many anime screenshots as reference, to be as accurate as possible.

The scaling is based on my forearm length with Yor's. The thickness of the handle might seem too skinny at first glance, but it's only about a finger width in the anime as well.

The other free files on the Internet are all just comically thick, has weird scaling, and just doesn't look like the real thing.

The cut is not modeled for dry assembly. You will need adhesives like superglue for assembly!

The print orientation is optimized for strength, so it had to lie down, so there's not really enough area for me to incorporate dry assembly features. The final product, however, is pretty strong and can take quite a beating, at least for ABS. It's a bit flexible, but I cannot break it by swinging it or striking it on other things with considerable force.

Raw model files variations: v2 has a slightly thicker handle and “needle”, and is slightly pointy-er. v1 looks more slimlined. I personally prefer v1. The print profile is v2. The raw files are uncut and comes with variations without the handle cutout for adding weight. You may still download or print the print profile to support me. You may add proper assembly features to the model and hopefully add it to the print profiles.
