Description

This is a smaller version of the original drip tray of the Gaggia New Classic.
I decided to design my own because my cups did not fit with a scale.

For the Material i used ABS for the final version to fulfill the higher temperatures that could get close to 100°C. My first attempts with PLA and PETG does also work but they are not as suitable as ABS for this temperatures. Probably they will leak at some point and the Surface of the bottom part will get wavy.

The little knobs at the backside for the positioning of the drip tray i separated them to print them separatly and necessary for the positioning of the drip tray. You can glue them from the backside

At the top part i used a smaller layer hight to geht a smoother radius at the front.

For me a layer hight of 0,16mm for the standard print and a flatten to 0,08mm for the top few millimeters is perfect.
