This is a holder of red filter for diving torchlight(ADVENTURER M1800, Chinese brand, you can see in the picture). 

You should put a Red Filter in it, diameter is 34.5mm, and the thickness shoud be less than 2mm. 
*It must have sufficient strength, so you need to print it with ABS, and the infill should be 100%.
