Printing

I designed it to print in 0.2mm layers and snug support for the thread on the Top and Bottom, I set the xy support distance to 0.55mm to make it easier to remove from the prints. The Fuse and Spoon also needs supports.

Assembly

  • The top lid screws onto the bottom
  • The fuse slots into the top
  • The Spoon slides into the fuse with a notch and the pin holds it.

It should be possible to assemble without any glue, the Fuse should have a tight fit in the Top but I'd recommend adding a few drops of glue for a permanent hold. The Pin also has a tight fit as well but should slide in and won't need anything to hold it.

If there's props or models you'd like to see just let me know and i'll do my best.

I've done both, using AMS and the other using Rub n Buff silver leaf.
