Description

The original model on printables.com was designed for a Dewalt DCW604 router, however the guide rail was too loose on my DCW600B either because of differences in print or other factors. I included the new guide rail I made for my DCW600B as well as the original in case anyone needs it. I've also included the parametric file for the guide rail in case anyone needs to make modifications for their specific router.

You will need screws for mounting to the table and for holding the model together:

  • 4x M6 x 100mm with wingnut
  • 1x M6 x 20-60mm for the driveshaft. The top of this will be the method for working the lift. Like a hex head screw or a hex drive rounded screw. The driveshaft is hollowed out, so the length of the screw can be anywhere between 20mm - 60mm.
