Helldivers 2 Battle Damaged Dog Tags

“For Democracy! During your last drop, you recovered the tags of two fallen Divers. One of them had met their demise at the talons of a Shreiker and the other, well…that's classified and was absolutely not friendly fire.”

This is my take on Helldiver dogtags with the overall shape and dimensions borrowed from current US military specs. In the colored 3MF, the black outline is supposed to simulated the rubber “silencers” often used. Obviously there are some liberties taken with the battle damage, given the size/scale of the tags.

I've started to experiment with ironing to get smoother top surfaces. The 2nd silver only 2x2 image has it turned on on the top and off on the bottom. There is likely some room for improvement and I'm open to suggestions. In addition, I'm exploring alternative/decorative build plates to see if they bring anything fun to the party. I have had zero issues with the stock gold textured PEI plate, so the bar is set pretty high. The 3rd image shows the back of the colored tags, in which I used a carbon fiber patterned plate. No issues with adhesion and I think it looks kinda cool!
