Description

It annoys you that your Automower keeps getting stuck?

I got a solution for you, new Wheels for your Automower 105.

It shloud work also for some Gardena Mowers.

What is needed?

10x M3x10 screws

10x M3 threaded insert

If you don´t have threaded inserts you can fix the tire on the rim with 3 screws + nuts.

I printed the whole thing with PETG but you can also use ABS or ASA.

As i print in PETG i have to increase the size of the Husqvarna cap up to 101% at 100% it is to tight (my PETG was not dry)

You got a other Automower?

Check my other designs.

History:

24.03.2024 → upload V1

18.05.2024 → upload tire v2 - improved Disign known from the Husqvarna 315

Thanks, sturdy design. Will test it next spring. It fits nicely on the Axel. I do not understand why the wheel consist of 2 parts? why not print as one? (in the pictures the cover is not mounted, still need to finish maintenance)

Hi Thank you for the positive feedback. It is designed in two parts if you have to exchange it after some time you can just exchange the outer part. That was the original idea. Best regards Oliver

During mounting I broke one wheel, the core+thread broke from the rim. I had an error during printing, thought that caused the issue. But now I've tested it for 2 hours and the newly printed wheel also broke at the same position. There's not too much plastic/structure there. During testing I've seen the grip is pretty good, much better then the originals.

Brilliant. I did it in one print by centring both, making the outside scaled to 99% and merging. Works much better on my soil than the original wheels. I moved house and this garden has a couple of areas a bit steeper and the soil is a lot looser and this has made a big difference. Thanks.

Hi, I really like the design. I'll be printing but I wonder why the rim is on a separate build plate from the core? Wouldn't it be better if it was one whole element? Does it have a special purpose? Or I can merge them?

Fits perfectly. I have also turned it into a part. Even if I have to reprint them next year, it is much cheaper than the original ones.

Do you believe printing the tyre with rubber material will be better?
