Description

hh

I made this model for the bathroom contest and am obsessed with the finish product.

It holds double rolls of T.P and you can set it up any way you'd like or just leave out the X's and print the shelf.

it was super easy to print and even simpler to make… just Glue together and hang!!

I used very strong glue, called WeldOn and as an extra caution, I also ran my plastic welder along the back for an extra strong bond. Before I glued pieces together, I also did a light sanding to help bond the glue to the smooth filament.

There are holes in place on the two top corners to make it super simple to hang.

I have added pictures of my progress

The shelf is printed….Notice how all the outside walls have a thicker frame

The middle is the piece with all the skinny walls

Sanding down the smooth sides to be glued. (not necessary but helps the glue bond for a stronger shelf)

and finally using my plastic welder to bond the plastic at the back as a caution for extra strength. (Also not necessary but I have a crazy household and things get knocked and bumped)

This printed perfectly. I increased the size on the boxes to be 115% to accommodate Costco size toilet paper. And then I increased the X’s to be 105% so I can fit two X’s per print bed.

I’ve been wanting to do this project for a while and I’m so glad I finally did! I increased the size to 115% so it may fit my Costco bath tissue rolls. All I have to do now is glue the pieces together and then hang it on the wall.

I’ve been asking my husband to make me one of these for years for our game room bathroom but he never got around to building it. I ran across this in Bambu and am so overjoyed to have it. printed great. Costco charmin rolls are a little tight but I’ll find some that fit better. I was looking for the statues you put in it. I just used gorilla glue in a high temp glue gun and lightly sanded before gluing. It’s holding up perfectly.

I’m really impressed with this 3D-printed toilet paper holder! The print quality is excellent, and the final product turned out exactly as described. It’s sturdy, functional, and looks great. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a custom touch to their bathroom setup!

Printed with multicolor silk pla. I used 3d gloop to glue together. my family loves moving around the x and os. The only downside is the squares are a bit too small for Costco TP. The Cottenelle fits fine.
