Description

A simple golf divot repair tool for you or the golfer in your life. Version 2 is now available!

This model requires 2 magnets:

  • ONE 2mm x 10mm magnet
  • ONE 1mm x 10mm magnet

This was necessary to get the right amount of magnetic hold for easy release but also for a clean connection.

This design has four primary design functions:

  • A tool to repair golf divots on greens.
  • A concave top to assist with keeping clubs from contacting wet grass while chipping/putting around the green.
  • Removable ball marker held in place with magnets.
  • A large flat surface for customization on the back of the tool as well as the ball-marker for names, logos, or other symbols of your choosing.

This model is printed in PLA but could be printed with other filament types. I would recommend a 0.2 nozzle for any intricate text or logos on this model. But, a standard 0.4mm nozzle was used for all items in the photos.

Assembly:

  1. Press fit the magnet into the openings on the tool and ball marker.
  2. Ensure the magnets are seated flush with the surface.
  3. Insert the ball marker into the tool.

I have provided versions with and without the ball marker for those who do not want it or simply don't want to find the magnets!

I am sure some have ideas to make this better, and I welcome feedback and suggestions!
