🏓Table Tennis Rackets🏓

 

With all the airless ping pong balls on the website, it's a no brainer that we need some 3d printed table tennis rackets.

These rackets are fully 3d printed in pla and tpu.

 

How to build:

 

Use the pins provided for easy alignment and glue the handle together.

 


Glue the rubber parts to both sides of the bat, sand the parts beforehand for better adhesion. To get a realistic feel, add a layer of foam under the rubber part. If you don't have foam, you can also use cork or print the foam part in tpu, I included it in the print profile.

Superb print 💪 I customized the colors slightly and even embossed a font onto the handle. I used 2mm thick foam rubber as the padding and standard 0.5mm thick TPU for the coating. Everything worked perfectly

I used table tennis rubbers instead, feels similar to a real racket.

Excellent file. However, I would have preferred a printing plate where everything can be printed together. PETG prints superbly with TPU, saving the need for final gluing.
