This is a different style of a desktop fan using the same toroidal blade as the fan by guppyk that I created because I had 6v brushed motors.

You could either print the whole assembly as one piece or print the bracket and the stand separately and glue them if you don't want to use supports.

The design includes no tolerances. You might have to scale the bracket up and that's why I recommend printing the bracket first.
