Scaled in the slicer to 130% (compared to the original at 200%) to fit the A1 mini build plate while preserving the model’s details. Slicer settings tuned for smooth surface quality and reliable adhesion:<ul><li>0.12 mm layer height for visible surface definition</li><li>3 wall loops and 5% Gyroid infill for structure and lightness</li><li>Normal supports with 20° threshold and “critical regions only” for efficient cleanup</li><li>Slower initial and overhang speeds to improve print reliability</li><li>Outer brim for bed adhesion</li><li>Arachne Wall Generator for less time and filament use</li></ul>Printed and tested on the A1 mini using PLA - produced stable results with consistent detail, ready for assembly and display (see picture at my living room).

Scaled for A1 Mini (130%), 0.12mm, 3 walls, 5% Gyroid

USS Voyager in 1:!000 scale, setup for 4 color printing.&nbsp;STL files are in 1:2000 scale so resize may be in order.
