The letters print quite bad, the top border for the insert (see my thumb) is very thin 'causing it to bend and due to dimensions making it prone to layer braking. The hotend does not fit properly (see pictures)

YOU Might want to check calibration mine fit perfect letters came out perfect. this box was a+ and if you don't like it make your own box.

well, as for the hot end fit, it clearly says this is storage for “hot end assemblies”; the hot end you dropped in there doesn’t have the fan attached, so, of course it’s going to fall in.

I thought the lid was a 'tad' tight but the nozzles fit nicely, would be nice to have addition of new lids with H for hardened, hint hint 😉

Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks! Used your profile but changed wall generator to arachne. Used 0.4 Nozzle Scaled the Lids to 101% uniformly for a less tight fitment.

Archane walls is a good idea but 101% scaled lid fits too loosely and looks silly when printed. Luckily I want to reprint the lid with a 0.2mm nozzle when it comes in anyways for tighter lettering, but just giving fair warning for others so they don't waste their material. Better to give the lid a light sand if it's too tight than for it to be visibly larger than the box and fall right off.

New style hot end? I haven't seen anything like that so I'm not sure how it would fit in a P1. Does it come with the printer as an upgrade, or do you get it somewhere else? Are you able to add a photo of the entire extruder? Intriguing!

very nice design, printed out beautifully. the lid was a tight fit in the beginning, but after a couple times it got smooth.

Turned out great. The text on the top isn't the most clear but I think that's cause I did black first and green second. Lid is a tad bit tight.
