Description

This is a space heater designed for a single S19j Pro hash board with an APW3++ PSU. Able to use all four stock fans if desired, or any other 120mm fans of the same size. Tested with S19j Pro 96t hash board. Printed in PETG. NOTE: On the bottom, it is printed without walls for air flow under the fans, and the “cap” is printed without top or bottom and only infill to allow air flow.

Plates:
1 - This is the cover and power end cap.  Cover is meant to be printed with NO top or bottom layers.  This is exclusively infill to allow air through with ease.  Default is 15%, but could be printed as 10% if desired.  End cap should be printed as-is with support.
2 - PSU and Hash board base.  This is the main structural piece to hold the PSU and hash board.  PSU is designed for APW3++.  Recommended to have a 90 degree cable or adapter, but not required.
3 - Top ring.  This holds two fans if desired.  I've tested without top fans and it does work with lower power settings.  Power End Cap from plate 1 goes into this piece as snap fit.
4 - Base piece.  This has two fans blowing up.  The bottom 2/3rds are meant to print WITHOUT WALLS.  This is again infill only which allows air to easily flow through.  Top 1/3rd printed with 1 wall standard.
5 - Control Board body.  This is where the control board slides in.  This also has a "door" which is chosen from plate 6 to complete this layer.
6 - Door.  Choose ONE of these three.  Solid for normal use, printed window for clear PETG single line window, or open which allows for a 1mm or less window to be inserted (not included).
