emergency toothpick card - Victorinox stile

This is a simple credit card sized toothpick collection for emergency use. It fits 11 single toothpick and they are easy removable from the frame.

They can be used also in all that difficult situation where you need something thin to reach something but you are unable to find it, so perfect for emergency situation where you can't find the proper solution.

The single toothpick are inspired by the one found in Victorinox tools, yet different in size and shape (so not compatible).

It can easily be printed flat with no support required. I suggest to use low layer height in order to get some better results.

Suggested printing parameters:

Wall: 2

Bottom/top layers: 4

Infill: Doesn't matter (used 15%)

layer height: 0.12mm

EDIT:

It has been pointed out that the bridges between frame and toothpicks didn't came out as solid as they should or didn't came out at all. A new print profile as been released by @thisnoise, I suggest you to use it if you also have this problem.

I will work on a second version of the model itself to be sturdier. 

I've added a second version of the model with sturdier bridges (I'm still testing the measures). I'll made also a new print profile as soon as i figure out what works out best
